Her senior thesis film, "The Princess and The Pea," earned a spot at the Palm Springs International Short Film Market and further solidified her reputation as an emerging talent. Elle’s passion for elevating others and promoting inclusivity is evident in her involvement with Free The Work, founded by director Alma Har'el. The work of this collective contributed to a staggering 400% increase in jobs directed by women over the past few years.

In 2019, Elle ventured to Rwanda, Africa, where she co-wrote and produced "Ishema," her first feature film project. "Ishema" reflects Elle’s commitment to expanding horizons and sharing diverse life experiences through her work.
